What Guests Can Expect

  • Cashless Payments Only: All major credit and debit cards, as well as mobile payment options (Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.), will be accepted for box office, concessions, and bars.
  • Ticketless Entry:  Fans will use the Ticketmaster app or digital tickets on their smartphones for entry. Step-by-step guides are available on the Columbus Civic Center’s website.
  • Box Office Purchases: The Columbus Civic Center Box Office will continue to accept card and mobile payments. Instead of receiving a paper ticket, purchases will go directly into the guest’s email.
