TICKETLESS

Starting January 1, 2026, the Columbus Civic Center will transition to mobile ticketing only for all events. Guests will present their tickets on their smartphones through their Ticketmaster account or the Ticketmaster app. 

Printed tickets, PDFs, screenshots, and any non-mobile formats will not be accepted. Each guest should have their own ticket on their device for entry. If a guest does not have a smartphone or experiences a device issue, they may visit the Box Office with a valid photo ID for assistance. Paper tickets purchased before January 1, 2026, will still be honored, but the venue will no longer print or issue paper tickets after this date.
